Goods-to-Person Eirabot™
Eirabots™ work in enclosures and are designed for speed, in order to pick and replenish efficiently. They have fast lifting mechanisms and travel up to speeds of 3m/s. System algorithms ensure that route planning is carried out optimally and regulates traffic. The goods-to-person Eirasystem™ comes supplied with smart chargers, various picking/replenishment station packages, racking and fenced enclosure.
Safety Eirabot™
Designed to work beyond enclosures to drive safely around humans, these robots have an added safety suite, bringing immense flexibility to a variety of applications such as material transport and/or production line feed.
Eirasky™
Eiratech’s unique e-grocery 3D solution that combines two types of robots to deliver back-of-store order sortation and order consolidation for grocery retailers with in-store picking requirements. Our solution is available in 3 temperature zones (ambient, chilled and freezer) and can fit any store layout. Ideal for large suburban stores and micro-fulfilment operations.
Linear Robots
Eiratech’s linear robots help to significantly increase storage, sortation and consolidation space in a warehouse, by maximising usage of available height. The shorter Linear Robot (LR) extends to 3.5m and can operate in ambient, chilled and freezer environments. The Big Linear Robot (BLR) can extend as high as required. Both robots power Eiratech’s e-grocery 3D solution, and are equally suited to other applications.
Retrieval Robot
Eiratech’s retrieval robots are the many arms of our e-grocery 3D solution. These bots run on overhead gantries to retrieve and deliver totes (2x at a time) between turn-around stations on the sales floor, and the consolidation area located in the warehouse. A suitable fleet can start with as few as 6-8 retrieval robots.
Service Robot
The collaborative service robot can follow humans and assist in picking small items, while supporting stock replenishment in supermarkets and other retail environments. It also has a wide variety of applications in other industries, such as hospitality. It comes with four shelving levels and a touchscreen to connect users to the Eirasoft system. The service robot can also be fitted with conveyors to dock with other warehouse automation systems.
Eirajack™
Eirajack is the muscle of Eiratech’s robot family. Designed to transport payloads of up to 1.5 tonnes, this heavy-lifting safety robot is ideal for a variety of applications from inbound decanting and replenishment to manufacturing environments where large, heavy components require indoor transportation.
Eirasoft™
Eiratech’s proprietary software comprises a multi-layered solution architecture consisting of embedded software, fleet management and WMS packaged in an advanced user interface. Developed to be fully resilient and highly flexible, Eirasoft™ is able to integrate any kind of robot, PLC, sensors or other software. Task processing, dispatch and navigation can be customised easily to suit any workflow. With operational control in your hands, decision-makers can view in real-time various status and statistics concerning tasks, picking, replenishment, picker efficiency, robot service and charge level, inventory level and location.
